Unfortunately my support expired a year after purchasing the pro license (and I don’t understand why current licenses have lifetime support).
I am not willing to shell out more money every year for a plugin that I have already paid for and only use on my personal blog and not for a commercial site.
Unfortunately our old seller platform did not allow lifetime support. We implemented the new system last year december to be able to offer lifetime support for new purchases directly through us instead of renewing it every year.
The only downside remains that we can’t convert the old purchases to the new system as we are bound by their legal terms 🙁

You still cannot be supported on this site for the pro version. The plugin support person could get the plugin in real trouble here if they do so.
For pro or customer support, please contact the developer on their site. This includes pre-sales information. And in your case, even though your paid support expired.
As the developer is aware, customers may not be supported on this site.
