Statistics suddenly doesn't work

    Hi, excuse my english.

    I’ve installed the plugin some months ago. It was working perfectly.
    But from June 5th there is no more statistics. Hits statistics chart and Referrer Search engine chart go down from this date. Always show 0.

    Could it be a script conflict? Any idea?

    I use the Hueman Theme.

    Did you change anything on the 5th?

    Check the obvious items, make sure the visit and visitor track is enabled in the general settings tab.

    Also check your exclusions, make sure an IP exclusion is not to broad and that you haven’t excluded too many users from being collected.

    Well, it seems to be an error related to an IP exclusion.

    I removed the only one IP I was excluding (it is not the IP I’m using now) and the plugin start to generates statistics again.

    But, why?.. I’m connected from a different IP I was excluding.

    What IP are you connecting from and what was the exclusion setup as?
