statistics team member doesnt work

    hi,

    the statistics under a teammember doesnt work.. I have instert that player B has played 4 matches, and made 2 goals. This is shown correct in the statistics under a match, but when you click on a member and scroll down the statistics stas on Zero. I have set the link under the settings in de player tab.

    Any one?

    @acho070 Thanks for your question! It’s possible that the player statistic is manually entered, which would override the automatic statistics. Could you edit the player to see if the zeroes can be deleted (in black text), to reveal the automatic statistics (grey text)?

    Hi Brian,

    Thank you for you fast support. When i select a player and scroll down to see the statics. Everything is set on zero(grey). is it possible maybe that one of the players has edit a number, and the setting is saved up for each player? i have checked 3 of the 30 teamplayers, and al 3 are set on zero(grey). but i have looked around at the other players. 1 or 2 of all of them have other numbers in gray, but also not shown on the statistics.

    but, WHen i enter it for a member for example(the goals set to 1) it will be visible at the personal statistics. i can remember that this wass automatacly syncronizing with the matches..

    @acho070 Thanks for the additional details. You’re right, the player statistics should be syncing with box scores. If you could get in touch via our presales channel (http://support.themeboy.com/ > Submit a Ticket > I don’t have a license…) we could also look at the admin side to see if anything is out of place.
