stats does not match analytics

    Hello, this started after big ddos attacks and after i migrated to siteground, half year at least with this problem. WP statistics plugin represents only ~30% of real stats. Referrals is incorrect also and shows only ~10% of real stats… Google analytics and all other stats plugins works fine. Nobody can solve this, please help me find a solution how to fix this? Check the image of last days…:
