Hi @dannoomen,
When a site connects to Jetpack, it’s assigned a unique ID linked to the URL. If something changes during migration (like the URL or hosting environment), Jetpack may create a new ID instead of keeping the old one, which is why subscriptions and stats don’t always carry over automatically.
We can look into this and transfer your data to the current site if needed. Could you share your previous site URL and host?
If you’d prefer to keep that info private, you can also contact us via this contact form:
If you choose to reach out directly, please include a link to this thread.
Thanks!
the previous site url was still http://www.gamersocialclub.ca and hosted on WordPress.com. However once transferred that account showed the url as http://gamersocialclubdotca.wpcomstaging.com so perhaps that is now where the stats are that need to be transferred?
Hi @dannoomen,
Sebastian here, I hope you are doing well.
Thank you for sharing those details about the migration. I <span style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;”>moved the subscriptions and subscribers from your old site, http://gamersocialclubdotca.wpcomstaging.com, to your new site</span>, gamersocialclub.ca. The subscribers could take a few hours.
Now you should be all set, so if you have a moment, could you give us a 5-star review to help us spread the word about our plugin?

This will help us promote our product and the support we offer to our users. We appreciate your time in advance if you can spare a few minutes!
Have a nice day,
