Stats lost

Hi,
I lost all the stats in a client’s self-hosted WP instance after deactivating and reactivating Jetpack.
I had previously activated Jetpack on localhost (a copy of the production site and database) in preparation for a site redesign.
I deactivated on localhost as soon as I noticed the statistics were recording URLs that only existed there.
When I try to access https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=stats&blog=<blog_id in backup’s stats_options> with my client’s username, I get the error “You are not a member of this site”.
