HI there, could you drop in a link to the site you’re working on here so we can take a closer look? Caching and cloudflare shouldn’t be an issue…loads of sites that use SS Stats use one or both of those.
Hi there, thanks for your patience as we look into this for you. I don’t see anything in the passthrough URL that would indicate that the SS Stats module is having an issue. Have you run a plugin/theme conflict test yet on your site? I don’t believe the caching or cloudflare you mentioned previously would be the issue as the URL redirects are working properly (and that’s where the stats data is gathered).
Hi @nando132016 just wanted to circle back here. Have you had a chance to run a theme/plugin conflict test to see if something there was contributing to the stats issue you’re seeing? If so please let us know how that is looking.
