Could you try to install and activate this small plugin by going to Plugins > Add New > Upload in your dashboard, and then copy the URL that should appear at the bottom of your dashboard?

Could you try to go to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, scroll down to the bottom of the page, click on “Debug”, and then click on the Reindex button at the bottom of that page.
