Status Graphic not Displaying

    Hi guys,

    This is Spencer from ARH Studios. I have published my Order status tracking system and I am noticing that what my clients see on their end is nothing like what I see when I preview the page on my end. On my end I can clearly see the status graphic and the order is laid out in an easy to read method.

    However, when my clients use the new page, they do not see the status graphic and their order is difficult make sense of.

    What is causing this discrepancy in the two screens?

    Hi Spencer,

    We’ve never heard from anyone with a similar issue. Could you post more information about it? For example, what web browsers are you both using, was anything updated between viewings, etc.? Has the client refreshed their page to reload the stylesheet?
