    Hello,

    When an agent creates a new ticket, it always gets the status ‘In progress’.
    Is it possible to automatically start every new ticket with the status ‘new’?

    Hi @bjoeres,

    If the ticket is opened on the back-end in WP-ADMIN, it automatically gets set to in-progress since an agent is already handling it. Only tickets opened on the front-end is set to the NEW status since no agent is involved yet.
