Status not being updated

    Hello,

    For some reason the status are not being updated. When Packlink changes to “EN TRÁNSITO”, I set it to change to Completed, but that is never happening and I have to do it manually.

    Could you check this, please?

    Could you send us a Screen of the mapping?

    Which version of our module do you have?
