Status Not Connected

Hi guys,
I’m hoping you can help.
Firstly, I have no idea about coding or anything to do with this issue so please break things down to basic – if you’re able to help of course!
So I’ve had Redis plugin installed on my site for a week or so but I see it’s not connected and I have no idea what to do about it.
