Status pending

    Hello. I’m using WC4WP premium plugin. In Reports panel almous all user emails are PENDING.
    Here is log dump from last three useres
    [2020-10-23 06:18:01] INFO: Form 713 > Successfully subscribed p.my***@lu*******.pl
    [2020-10-23 06:28:09] INFO: Form 713 > Successfully subscribed okul****@gm***.com
    [2020-10-23 07:40:37] INFO: Form 869 > Successfully subscribed gawr************@gm***.com

    Their emails are also PENDING.

    I use double opt in. Can you help me?

    This means that under MailChimp for Wp > Form > Settings, this form set set to Double Opt-in.

    With double opt-in turned on the email will not be subscribed until the link in the opt-in mail is clicked.

    @lapzor thanks, but some users confirmed their email, yet still are Pending.

    The opt in part, from sending out the email to receiving the confirmation is all handled by MailChimp.com

    Please note we are not affiliated with MailChimp.com. We are a different company “ibericode” that develops plugins such as “MailChimp for WordPress”. I’m sorry to tell you I am not able to help you with this question as it is not related to our plugin. My advice to you is to contact MailChimp.com as they would be the best people to answer any query related to your MailChimp.com account.
