Hard to tell to be honest, there may be conflicts going on that are preventing them from being awarded, for example. Have you tried with a bare-bones install with just BadgeOS installed? Is anything showing up in the logs area of the BadgeOS menu for the WP admin side of things?
I just tried with a raw one, it works, and in the logs it says I did triggered the badgeos_new_comment, so I added all my plugins in the raw version of my website, and it works, I have no idea where it can come from :/
(just to clarify, when I talk about the logs, it’s in my real website, note the raw version)
So to summarize, in Site 1, things weren’t triggering at all. In site 2, with just BadgeOS itself active, things were triggering. Then in site 2 you added all the same plugins from site 1, and tried again and it still worked.
Yep that’s it. Weird AF but I have no idea where it can come from, I’ll keep playing with the plugins to see if I can eventually make it work :/
