Sticky?

Is there a way to make a catlist sticky?

Here’s the issue:

I have two catlists on a single page.

The top one shows featured posts and the bottom one shows other posts.

The bottom one has pagination.

When a visitor goes to page two on the pagination (lcp_page0=2)
the top (Featured) catlist goes away (understandably).

But, is there a method I haven’t considered that would allow all subsequent pagination pages to retain my Featured catlist?
