Hi, first… thanks for this cool theme, i love it!

One question:
I like to have a sticky (fixed) header for the top navigation, which change background from black to white if the user scroll down the page.

Which part of the css/code do i have to edit/change?

You can create a child theme and modify the style.css file in your new child theme.
```
.site-header {
position: fixed;
top: 0;
width: 100%;
}
```
Or use a plugin like https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/mystickymenu/. They have pretty good documentation and tutorials here http://wordpress.transformnews.com/tutorials

(1) Changing the height of the background image (featured image) for a post to a smaller size, for example 250 px

Sure, the following CSS can take care of that:
```
#tracks-child .entry .featured-image {
  padding-bottom: 50%;
}
```
It’s a bit unintuitive, but the padding-bottom value can be decreased in order to decrease the height of the featured image.
