STILL no tracking cookie set

    Dear support

    as reported there is still NO tracking cookie set after cookie notice is accepted.

    1. cookie notice is active
    2. google gtag number is filled in
    4. google analytics opt-in is checked
    3. ALL cache plugins are disabled

    = still NO tracking cookie fired and no analytic data is collected. Only sp_dsgvo_cn_accepted cookie is fired.

    I saw several times that you close topics with resolved. This is NOT resolved.

    We are using your tool as PREMIUM version. So we would welcome a solution for that issue. If you need login credential or something else let us know.
