Still no WPML Support

    Second Edit: Another year and 5 months later, still no promised WPML support. Speaks for itself.

    Edit: After more than a year, still no promised WPML support. I am disappointed of the given information.

    After months of promising a WPML solution, still nothing happened. Since there is no good alternative, WPML users are stuck with media bugs when fully replacing (including filename) a file. We are a company which provides firmware downloads for hardware which is constantly being updated. The current version number in the filename needs to be updated too obviously. The need of working around this issue makes the plugin less productive. We hope to see the WPML support in near future since WPML is a commonly used plugin supported by most other plugins.

    Hi @jbergs,

    WPML support is in the works. As you can understand, releasing new features is not a matter of hours. It requires a lot of time of developing and testing; we wouldn’t want to release something unfinished and expose the users to bugs.

    Yes of course I understand. But this is the same response we got several months (if not a year) and not several hours ago.
