Still “Post Number is missing…”

I get this error “Post Number is missing, it is mandatory for “Packstation” delivery.” if somebody like to get his order to a packstation. When the postnumber is in the company field, the error message shows up too. so right now there is no way to ship to packstation with the “Packstation picker” and without it, if somebody fill the fields streetname with the Packstation and the Company field with his postnumber.

any idea how to fix this?

The Packstation checkbox must be checked to display the postnumber field in the checkout page, is this enabled in your settings?

Yes.

In the backend I only see the Postnumber in the Company field at the shipping address. I can not see a “Postnumber” Field. after creating the label it shows: “Post Number is missing, it is mandatory for “Packstation” delivery.”

I did a couple of screenshots. should I send you?

Yes, please send screenshots of the frontend and backend address fields.

Same problem here… it only works when people use the (horrible) location picker. Most don’t, they just enter their post number in the company field or leave it as a comment and I have no solution but to manually print their labels. Please just add the PostNumber field to the admin backend?
