My site is inaccessible after installing/uninstalling your plugin. Everyone – both admins and users – are receiving the error: [wppb-login redirect_url=”https://xxxxxxxx.com/locating-client-page”%5D

I deleted your plugin in wp-admin/network/plugins and double-checked via FTP to be sure it was gone, but we are still receiving the error and no one can log in.

I cannot give you access to the site, so I need to fix this myself with whatever guidance you can provide here.

    Please advise, ASAP. Thank you.

    Hi @lukeobritt,

This is a shortcode with a redirect parameter [wppb-login redirect_url=”https://xxxxxxxx.com/locating-client-page”%5D].

You need to disable Profile Builder, if you have FTP access you can do so by temporarily renaming the wp-content / plugins / profile-builder file.

    With Best regards,
