Still uses developers Associate ID

Anyone wanting to use this you will still need to chnage the associate ID to yours. The ID is embedded in the zstore.php file, lines 210 and 434.

To The developer, you need to have this changed so that people can set the associate ID in the settings for the plugin which it then uses instead of your own.
