On what version of our plugin are you currently?

6.4.1. of the free PRO version? We are currently on version 13.1.1 so I suggest you first update the plugin and than give it another try.

6.4.1 is your WordPress version, it is on every page of your WP dashboard. 13.1.1 is our plugin indeed. We have just pushed out a new version of our plugin (13.1.2) that should solve the issue at hand for you. Can you download/install it and give it a try?
