    Hi to everyone!
I’m running an ecommerce with Woo from November 2021.
The store has many variable products and everytime Woocommerce database is updated, the stock of the products is changing.

For example: if I had a product with 2 variable, and two pieces of each clothes, after the update, the stock of each clothes pass from 2 to 0.

And that’s a big problem for business 🙁

    Can anyone help me?
    Thank you

    Emanuele.

    Hi @emanuelesalvi

I understand that the stock count is changing on its own whenever the database is updated.

As a first step, could you make sure that your WordPress, WooCommerce, WooCommerce database, current theme and all other plugins are up to date?

    * It is recommended to always have a full backup of your site and database in place before making changes, to be on the safe side.

Next, delete WooCommerce transients (and also the expired ones) by going to WooCommerce > Status > Tools

If everything is up-to-date and transients are cleared yet you continue to see this behavior then please share a copy of your site’s System Status so we can take a closer look. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

We haven’t heard back from you, so I’m marking this thread as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
