Stock Availability

I’ve selected the option to unpublish product from website when stock reduces to zero on nearly all my products, but they still show on my site with the text “sorry, sold out.”

We’ve grown to over 1,000 products and are still growing, but switching them all to “drafts” has become an impossible and time consuming task.

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix that I’d be able to follow? If you can talk to me about this like I’m a toddler, that would be even better. I don’t understand coding or any of the back-end processes. I had my site built for me by someone that is no longer available so there is SO MUCH that I don’t understand.
