    Hi Joost,

I’ve managed to solve earlier post-migration problems with atelier-kroost.nl – now zettle to woocommerce sync is working properly and I also set up price sync properly after some troubleshooting. I’m facing one issue now: the price sync properly to the zettle library but the price isn’t updated in the zettle stock. Any idea how to fix this easily? Or is deleting and resyncing the entire library the only option here?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello @tijndekkers

It is a bit unclear what the problem is. When you did the initial sync of the products, did the price sync then or not? I would expect that when the price syncs on the initial sync, it would also correctly update the price when you change it (on WooCommerce, not on Zettle)

When the price sync does not work correctly, it is usually an issue with the tax settings. A very common issue, is that the tax class is not assigned or not configured correctly. The most common mistake is that the tax class does not have an entry with the values of the tax class. Take a look here to see this setting.

Please let me know if this helped you resolve the issue or if you need additional support.

    Kind regards,
    Joost
