I noticed that the prices are not updated either. Perhaps other parameters too.
Hi @valerymd
We’ll need the “One Click Login” URL displayed at the top of the sandbox site in order to access.
And could you please upload and point out 2 XML files with differing stocks so we can test the imports.
That’s odd, as long as the fields are mapped the same it should work.
Going to All Import (on the sidebar) > Manage Import > Import Settings > Uploading your new file > Clicking “Run Import” under Manger Imports should do the trick.
Hi @valerymd,
But the stock update goes wrong. Some positions are ignored and does not update stocks. What could be the problem?
In the main product import, I added the {article[1]} element as the “Parent SKU” in the “Variations” tab of our WooCommerce Add-On, then re-ran the import. After that, the stock update import seems to have worked as expected (since the parent products no longer share an SKU with one of its variations), but please let me know if you see issues.
I noticed that the prices are not updated either. Perhaps other parameters too.
The price wasn’t being imported or updated by the 2nd import because it wasn’t added to the template or the import settings. I’ve now added it and the price is updating as expected.
Note: if you see issues and need us to check more things, feel free to reach out to us at http://www.wpallimport.com/support/ if you want to keep your data private.
Hi @valerymd,
I am marking this as resolved since it hasn’t been active for a while. Please open a new topic if you have any questions.
