Stole our Plugin

Hi Community,

We need a little bit guidance. We developed a plugin named CRUDLab Facebook Like box https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/crudlab-facebook-like-box/ and someone stole and submitted to wordpress directory with different name https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/facebook-page-like-popup-box and interestingly it has been approved. He copied everything, content, layout, and code. I’d like to know where can we launch complaint against this guy? Any help would be appreciated?
