Stop all admin emails?

    Is it possible to stop all admin emails, such as the New Member Request and New Registration emails? Seems like the admin can check to see if any news users need approval without the emails. Can those functions be unhooked? Or are they core WP functions?

    At the present moment, we do not have any way to disable email notifications, and I’m not sure I want to add that sort of thing at the moment either, truth be told. I do agree that we need to revise certain details so that not so many emails as a whole, get sent out during the overall process. I would love to potentially hook into other emails that will already be sent, and add some extra info regarding our details.

    Since you’re only using bbPress, I think you’re actually already having 1 less email go out. I don’t believe we presently have things wired up for when a bbPress user is activated, if that’s even a thing (can’t recall off the top of my head).
