    Hello,

I have two challenges that I need help solving.

The first one is related to ticket selling. I’m selling tickets using paypal and when a user completes a purchase, they receive 4 emails: the email with the tickets, the order details email from eventin, the order details from woocommerce and the paypal email. However, I don’t really need to send the eventin order details email as I prefer the woocommerce one. Any way to disable the sending of this specific email? I still want all the other emails.

The second challenge is related with the ticket details. I’m selling tickets for an event that can be both virtual and in person. I added some extra fields asking for example if the attendee has any food restrictions. This makes sense for those that buy the in person email but does not make sense for those that buy the virtual attendance ticket. Any way to hide/show these fields based on ticket type?

    Thank you

    Hi @astraea98,

Thank you so much for reaching out to us! Regarding your first question:

Yes, you can disable the Eventin order confirmation email. Please follow the screenshots below:

⚠️ At this moment, we do not support disabling only the Eventin order email while keeping the attendee email active. You can either:

    • Turn off the full Eventin email system, or
    • Turn off only the attendee email — but not separately for the order confirmation.

    ✅ Regarding your second question:

Currently, Eventin does not support showing/hiding extra fields based on ticket type. All extra fields apply to all tickets equally, regardless of whether it’s a virtual or in-person ticket.

We understand how useful this feature would be, and we’ve noted it as a valuable suggestion for future improvements.

Thanks again for using Eventin! If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out anytime.

    Best regards,
    M Mahbub
