We were not any such issues. We will check and fix if there is any bug with it ASAP. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
I just double checked but cannot seem to duplicate the issue. If you click on Never Show Again, it should not display. It is possible there is a Javascript conflict from another plugin. Can you check the browser console by pressing F12 to see if there is any error or warning?
Thanks for your help in resolving the matter.
I only have contributor level access, so there’s nothing I can do to fix it.
That’s OK. If there is a conflict of Javascript from another plugin or the theme, it will show in your browser’s console. Just press F12 in keyboard when you are logged into the backend and check the Console tab. Send a screenshot or copy paste the error message if there is a warning.
It is also possible for PHP conflict but that is less likely.
Either way, we will recheck the code and try to improve this. Maybe stop showing after 3/4 times already. That should help.
Thanks
We have released a new version which will allow user with Contributor roles to stop showing the message. Please try Do not Show again button AFTER the plugin is updated to the latest version. It should work. Let us know if it does not.
Thanks!
Did you have a chance to test this out?
