You can disable the image embedding feature by adding this line of code to your wp-config.php file:

define( ‘WPAS_DISABLE_IMAGE_EMBEDDING’, true );

This will prevent the plugin from adding img src tags to the image links in your ticket replies.

Alternatively, you can also try this option:

• Open wordpress Dashboard.
• In Menu Ticket->Settings open Advanced Tab and Tic Do Not Mask Attachment Links option.
• Then Save Setting.

This way open attachment direct to file address.
