stop navbar from diving…

I modified the modality theme and finally I would like to try to stop my navbar from diving below my logo when the width size of the website is reduced.
This is very inconsistent as it begins on the right then goes below the logo while creating another row then disappears into the collapsed menu on the right again. That makes three states and that does not look professional..

What is the best approach?
I tried to put each in a table cell but then I get other issues like logo not resizing properly and hidden parts of the menu when downsizing.

Any idea please ?
