Stop posts from being e-mailed to subscribers

WordPress doesn’t have this functionality build in, so basically just either deactivate the plugin that’s doing it (if that’s all it does, like MailPoet), or switch off the feature of the plugin that’s doing it (if the plugin does more, like Jetpack).
