I think you are referring to the WordPress plugin auto-update feature:

No, I mean when Wordfence forces updates.
This usually happens when there’s a vulnerability in a plugin, like the case with WooCommerce a few months back and Elementor a few weeks ago.
In both cases, Wordfence pushed an updated once the plugins released a version that fixes the security issue they had.
I would like to be the one who updates the plugins with security problems. Is it possible?

Hi @michien
Thank you for the update but Wordfence never forces updates of any other plugins. Your hosting provider may possibly be responsible for that and updates vulnerable plugins via WP-CLI on the hosting server.
As you can see below in our documentation below, the scanner will only warn you if you are using a plugin with a known vulnerability, with a recommendation to update it:
