Stop Reinstalling Themes

    Surely somewhere in the /wp-admin/includes/class-wp-upgrader.php there’s an option to disable the RE-installation of 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015.

    I’m learning as quick as I can, but isn’t there a hook / filter in there somewhere so that I don’t have to delete 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 themes?
