Go to buddypress compliments settings page
Enable notification component for compliments -> Select “No”

I did.. But I dont want to stop receiving notification in site.. I just want to stop sending the email..

There is no global setting available to disable the notification completely.
But loggedin user can disable that from their profile setting page.
BuddyPress profile > Settings > Email Tab > Compliments > A member sends you a Compliment > Set to “No”
Anyway I can set it to “NO: by default?
