    I discovered through the “Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce” plugin that 1306 orders were only added to the cart.

    I set up Simple CAPTCHA Alternative with Cloudflare Turnstile and did everything I was told to do a week ago, but the orders are still being added to the cart.

    Hi @marinambm,

    If you’re still seeing bot activity — meaning a large number of abandoned carts with no customer details — we recommend temporarily disabling the setting “Start tracking from Cart Page” in our plugin.

    When this setting is turned off, the plugin will only record abandoned carts after a visitor enters their name and email address. This prevents empty or bot-generated carts from being tracked.

    You can find the setting here: WooCommerce → Abandoned Carts → Settings → General Settings

    This should help ensure that you only see genuine abandoned carts in the reports.
