1. Enable a CAPTCHA Adding a CAPTCHA to your checkout helps block bots. You can use:
 - Cloudflare Turnstile (free and privacy-friendly)
 - reCAPTCHA for WooCommerce or hCaptcha for WP
These tools add a challenge to your forms so only real users can place orders.
1. Disable Guest Checkout Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Accounts & Privacy and uncheck “Allow customers to place orders without an account.” This forces registration, making it harder for spam bots to complete orders.
2. Use a Honeypot Field Some anti-spam plugins like WP Armour or Antispam Bee add invisible fields that only bots fill out — if filled, the order is blocked.

Could you provide a list of the plugins you currently have installed and active? Please also share your system report by going to WooCommerce > Status > Get System Report > Copy for Support, and then paste it using Pastebin.

There’s a possibility that a file injection is continuously loading, which can cause this issue. This technique is often used by hackers for card testing. Once I review your setup, it will be easier to advise you on how to better secure your site and configuration.

Thanks for sharing the details! I’ve checked your System Status Report and I’m unable to see any payment gateway plugins installed on your site. I also took a look at your setup and noticed that the only active payment method at the moment is Direct Bank Transfer.

Could you please confirm if the spam orders were placed using this Direct Bank Transfer method?

I discovered through the “Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce” plugin that 1306 orders were only added to the cart.

I set up Simple CAPTCHA Alternative with Cloudflare Turnstile and did everything I was told to do a week ago, but the orders are still being added to the cart.
