• I have tried so many things, yet whenever my site loads it hangs as something is happening via Google. I have privacy settings ON, I have W3 Total Cache running and I am not using Google Analytics. There are like 5 posts on my 2 week blog. I have a robots.txt file which now says

    User-agent: *
    Disallow: /wp-content/plugins/
    Disallow: /wp-content/themes/fusion/
    Disallow: /wp-admin/
    Disallow: /wp-includes/

    It used to just be:
    User-agent: *
    Disallow: /

Oh, and I had Robots Meta plugin running, but that made no change.

What is going on? I would really appreciate help.

Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Default theme (WordPress 1.5 – 2.9.2) or the Twenty Ten theme (WordPress 3.0 and higher) to rule-out a theme-specific issue.

I will start with the plugins, then the theme. Thanks for the fast response.
