Hi`I’m using the GiveWP plugin, the plugin generates for each Donation reveipt to download it.
The important thing is that each donation has a different link in this format
    https:domain/donation-history/?give-action=generate_pdf_receipt&_give_hash=c6c57000a7b2e52af0761d33cc4b31

    Whereas, the part ”

    https:domain/donation-history/?give-action=generate_pdf_receipt&_give_hash=

” is only fixed from the domain and the rest of the domain is variable for each payment receipt.

When switching the language from the main language “Ar” to second langauge ‘En’, ‘en’ is added to the site link, so the link is not loaded and an error appears, because the link can only work in the main language of the site-Arabic-

Because of that the donors can download the receipt link when they browse the website in AR only.

How can i stop adding /en/ to receipt download links only -variable link-?

    Thanks`

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello there,

Thank you for letting us know about this!

What you can do is to exclude the plugin that gives the receipt from being translated using the “Exclude Gettext Strings” function from TranslatePress -> Advanced tab.

There, you`ll need to put the domain name of the plugin, which can be found using LocoTranslate, in the “Domain” field from there and the whole plugin should be excluded and everything should work fine.

If this won`t solve your problem, please open a ticket here:https://translatepress.com/support/ask-a-presale-question/

Please mention this conversation to know exactly what we are talking about.

    Have a great day!
