We did not encounter this bug on any of our test site.
If you could provide some help, it will be greatly appreciated.
For example, you can update once more to mqTranslate 2.6.4 and add at the start of your main index.php file the following lines:
ini_set('display_errors', 1);
error_reporting(E_ALL);
It should display where the error occurs and we will be able to fix it very fast after that.
