Stop Updated Users syncing

    Hi,

    We are updating our Mail Chimp lists from our website using your plugin BUT we only want new users to be synced across. It seems that if a user makes a change to their profile (or perhaps simply logins in) they are added to the list to be synched to Mail Chimp.

    Can we resolve this in some way?

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    The sync feature is only included in the premium version. Are you using our premium plugin? If not, can you please let us know how you are syncing the data?

    We are just doing a one way synch from our site to Mail Chimp … can we stop Updated Users being included?

    Hello,

    From sync do you mean you are using our old “User Sync” plugin or do you mean you are using our forms/integration method to add new users to MailChimp?

    TO stop updating users, please go to Plugins > Installed plugins and disable and remove the UserSync plugin.
