Stop User Enumeration in WordPress: feature request

I was wondering why you don’t include the possibility in your plugin to stop User Enumeration in WordPress, i.e. prevent bots from finding out about user names (author) by just doing this kind of request: http://example.com/?author=1…as explained here too: https://perishablepress.com/stop-user-enumeration-wordpress/.

User names can obviously still be found out e.g. by looking at blog posts (some sites don’t have a blog…), etc. but in my eyes to prevent automatic and systematic scanning of that would still make sense.

It can be done easily in the .htaccess.

By the way: I think that your plugin is extremely useful and very well done actually.
