stop working after htacces changes?

    Hi,
    I’m using this fantastic plugin. Today I made some changes to htacces file and then I reverted it to initial. I figured out now Codestyling Localization is not working anymore: doesn’t do “repeat scan” and when I go into a plugin or theme to make langages editing it doesn’t open the string to edit when I press edit button. So, is like no button of the plugin is working anymore, while all the rest of site is ok.
    Can it be related to htacces changes? Any different idea?
