Stop working with "infinite scroll"

Hello and thanks for this plugin!
My theme has the function to load posts while the visitor scroll the home page, so the plugin works for the firsts lines and then stop and the widget get lose up in the page. It works perfect on inner pages, but not at home page, where the scroll grows while the visitor goes down the page.

What can I do to get the widget coming down at the same time the scroll at the home page grows?
