Stop WPForms autogenerated emails

… and another thing: I just had an email delivered to the admin email address for WPForms (or SMTP or something).

This was an autogenerated email: telling me how many emails have been sent so far. I don’t want to receive any such autogenerated emails.

And on that email there is what looks like a link, which says “Learn how to disable”. This is NOT a link: it is not clickable. God knows what sort of nonsense this is, but it seems above all designed to drive you crazy.

I have tried googling “WPForms stop auto-generated emails”… Nothing has come up. Clearly I am the only person in the universe having this exciting problem.
