I tried to play with the CSS, but couldn’t find a solution. Also, if there’s a cleaner way to deactivate the zoom when hover, it’d be great. 😉

Please add this CSS via your theme’s custom CSS section:
.njt-nofi-notification-bar .njt-nofi-button:hover {
-ms-transform: none !important;
-webkit-transform: none !important;
transform: none !important;
}
