After update stopped displaying math captcha on comment form. Had to roll back to 1.21

If you are using Jetpack, can you try disabling Jetpack Settings -> Writing -> Composing -> Compose using shortcodes to embed media from popular sites option to see if that fixes it?

Can confirm 1.24 fixed the comment form issues we were having with math captcha.
