stopped displaying

    The bar messages have just stopped displaying on the cart page as of this morning, do you know if this is related to the recent update, they were displaying perfectly before this morning?

    Hi @fatsteve,

    I’ve checked our site and found that the free shipping bar still shows the messages in the cart normally. You need to make sure that you turn on the Show qualified message https://www.screencast.com/t/p50jyFmceToW

    There might be a conflict between your plugins or your theme with our plugin.

    Pls deactivating one by one plugin or changing the theme to check

    Hi thanks for this, I didn’t realise it doesn’t seem to display on the cart or checkout page until a shipping address is entered, I’m sure it used to display by default, is this correct, can I force it to display by default before any address is entered

    i had the same issue, you have to disable the flag “Hide shipping costs until an address is entered” in WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping options
