HI @wdsupport – updated our slider this morning and we’re now locked out of our website completely. We were able to delete the plugin from the directory backend, but we’re still unable to log in. Any insight or help here would be appreciated.

Firstly please connect to your website through FTP connection and rename the folder of Slider WD plugin from /wp-content/plugins directory.
This will deactivate the plugin, and you’ll be able to access the site.
